But, partially hydrogenated oil contains trans fats, and consumption of trans fats could lead to heart disease.

USE GOOD QUALITY OIL 

Quality of fried food depends a lot on oil you fry your food in. Many oils are available in market like refined oil, mustard oil, olive oil, soybean oil and coconut oil etc but one must choose oil based on its smoke point. It is temperature at which, under specific and defined conditions, oil begins to produce a continuous bluish smoke that becomes clearly visible. Higher the smoke point better your oil is for cooking.

FRYING AT CORRECT TEMPERATURE

One thing you have to take care while frying is that there is an always correct temperature for frying your food. Either too hot or cold can cause problems.
